In the event of a purchase through our company,

• a refund amounting of 850 euro  (sale up to 200,000 Euro),
• 1500 Euro (sale between 200,000 and up to 300,000 Euro)
• 4,000 Euro (in excess of 300,000 Euro) is made.

1. Commitment Fee. In the event of a purchase, the commitment Fee of Euro 500 is offset against the purchase price.
2. Promises: Promax Realtor Ltd. promises that there will be no pressure sales tactics and absolute honesty and clarity in its dealing.
3. Recommendations: Clients are encouraged to check the company’s name / financial standing / behaviour and commitments to its clients, using own contacts (i.e all local Banks, British Council and others), who can produce reliable information.
